Henkel to Stop Investment in Russia
In March 2022, Henkel announced that they will be stopping all future plans of investing in Russia. The company has also halted all sponsorships and state-owned media advertisements. To show their support for Ukraine, the company has donated more than 1.0 million euros to the country. Given that the company has colleagues in Ukraine, the company is trying to do all that they can to aid them by donating money to them, the Red Cross and providing paid time off for employees who are volunteering to aid the Ukraine.
