SAIC’s 2021 performance
In fiscal 2021, 98.0% of SAIC’s total revenues were attributed to prime contracts with the U.S. government or to subcontracts with other contractors engaged in work for the U.S. government. The U.S. army accounted for 17.0% of total revenues, the U.S. Navy accounted for 11.0%, other Department of Defense accounted for 19.0% and other federal government accounted for 51.0%. In fiscal 2021 total revenue reached $7.1 billion, rising 11.0% from $6.4 billion in 2020. Revenue rose due to the acquisition of Unisys Federal, revenue on newcontracts primarily supporting the intelligence community and U.S. Air Force, and increased volume on existing programs.
