On February 15, 2022, Allegion announced that the company had made a couple of crucial new appointments in its leadership structure. Michael Wagnes will now be the company's newest chief financial officer and also the company's senior vice president. Wagnes will succeed Patrick Shannon with Shannon set to retire on September 2, 2022. Before being appointed, Wagnes had worked in leadership at Commercial Americas.
