Expanded operations in Richland, Washington complete.
In October of 2017, Lamb Weston Holdings Inc. (Lamb Weston) completed their $200 million investment to expand its operations in Richland, WA. The expansion included a new processing line to the facility, increasing the processing capacity for making its product: frozen french fires. The expansion also added approximately 150 jobs. The 290,000 square foot facility now has the capacity to produce 600 million pounds of frozen french fries annually, doubling the previous production capacity. The ability to produce more frozen french fries enables Lamb Weston to take on more orders, increasing possible revenue gains annually.
